Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days from date of order and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a flat rate of £3.95 delivery usually takes 2 days. This may be subject to change depending on postal strikes and busy periods such as Christmas.
I ship to United States, Australia and New Zealand by Royal Mail International Tracked at a flat rate of £15.00.
Sadly I am currently unable to ship to EU Countries and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR laws.
For Non-EU countries orders are accepted through my Etsy shop, please visit www.penberthyarns.etsy.com
If you country is not listed and is not part of the EU please contact me for shipping prices.
Returns
I am happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of order. If your item is damaged or faulty I am happy to send a replacement. Please post back the item in an unused condition. I cannot refund any shipping costs.
The cost of return must be covered by the customer.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item has been received.

Cornwall Open Studios 2025
This year I have signed up for the Cornwall Open Studios which takes place on the 24-26 MAY and 30 MAY-1 JUNE : 11am to 5pm daily.
I will also be open during the three weekdays in between and will be demonstrating hand spinning, blending on a blending board and weaving.
The Cornwall Open Studios will see over 270 artists open their studios across Cornwall to share their work and behind the scenes of how they create their artwork with the general public. This includes artists from all types of art disciplines including painting, drawing, ceramics, textiles, printmaking, sculpture etc.
